A Minneapolis event organizer and community builder with nearly a decade of experience bringing people and local businesses together. Through First Step Network Solutions, Cortaze creates events and partnerships that turn meaningful connections into lasting opportunities. He founded Social Circuit to make wellness feel welcoming and social — bringing fitness, local brands, art, and community together in one experience.

James Winford Jr. will lead the Social Circuit group workout, bringing an energetic and welcoming training experience designed for all fitness levels. He will guide attendees through the warm-up and circuit workout while helping create an encouraging environment focused on movement, confidence and community. James will also participate in event content and provide fitness-focused prizes and experiences through the Fitness Upgrade raffle bundle.

A former U of M Gopher and professional basketball player with an 8-year professional career overseas, Reggie is now a regenerative medicine expert and Partnership Director of Regenerative Revival. He combines his experience in elite athletics with a passion for innovative recovery, wellness, and longevity solutions — drawing on firsthand experience navigating sports injuries and regenerative therapies to connect athletes, executives, clinics, and organizations with emerging opportunities in health and performance.
